In Heybridge, Leaf Living will deliver 55 new rental homes as part of Countryside’s wider Westcombe Park development — which, once complete, will provide over 1,000 new homes, as well as new schools, a range of community facilities and green open spaces.
Meanwhile in Milton Keynes, the firm will deliver 51 rental dwellings within Countryside’s Tattenhoe Park scheme.
The two deals, worth approximately £40m, means that Leaf Living has secured over £100m of deals in partnership with Countryside.
